Jim GeogheganJim Geoghegan RPA CoP Program Manager General Services Administration

Jim Geoghegan manages the federal Robotic Process Automation Community of Practice at the General Services Administration. Under Jim's leadership the RPA CoP has published a comprehensive RPA Playbook, conducted over 20 knowledge sharing events, and built a Use Case inventory that contains over 300 automations. Prior to this role, Jim served as the Deputy Director for GSA’s Working Capital Fund budget division where he oversaw the formulation and execution of $800 million in funds.

Jim graduated from the Partnership for Public Service's Excellence in Government program and was recognized at the 2020 Government Innovation Awards as a member of GSA's RPA program. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.

Sanam Boroumand is the CEO of Main Digital, a Women-Owned Small Business located in metro Washington DC focused on intelligent automation and artificial intelligence solutions. In her 20+ years of experience, she has a consistent track record of successfully developing new products and services, building innovative teams, and delivering results for clients. Ms. Boroumand specializes in product development, change management, agile methodologies, program/portfolio management, customer experience, and strategic planning. Having held leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies, and most recently an executive at an international consulting firm, Ms. Boroumand found that she is most passionate about increasing effectiveness, productivity, and happiness in the workplace through business process transformation. Living that passion to the fullest is exactly what drove her to form the team at Main Digital. She holds designation as a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and received a BA degree in Economics from the College of William & Mary and a MS in Information Technology and Telecommunications Systems for Business from Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Boroumand recently completed coursework focused on Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
