AI World Government Will Be A Virtual Event For 2020

Like many of you, we have been closely following updates and evolving guidances from local, national and global agencies for COVID-19. There is still much uncertainty around the coronavirus, and how long our communities may be impacted by the pandemic, but it seems certain that decisions about how we work, travel and gather together will continue to be influenced for weeks and months still to come.

We have made the decision not to move forward with an in-person meeting for AI World Government this year. Instead, we are hard at work transitioning to a virtual event featuring online sessions, networking, exhibits and posters, running on the original October dates.

While we had hoped to see all of you in DC, we feel this is the best solution to be able to offer this event. We are excited about a virtual Summit, and will update our website and FAQ with more information soon.

RESCHEDULING FAQ

Q: Is the virtual meeting replacing the in-person meeting?
A: Yes, the virtual meeting replaces the in-person meeting of AI World Government in 2020. We hope to see you in 2021, when it is safe for us to come together again.

Q: When will the virtual sessions take place?
A: Sessions will run in “real time” from approximately 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET on October 28-30, 2020.

Q: Will sessions be available after the virtual meeting?
A: Yes, select sessions will be available to view on demand after the virtual meeting has ended. We do our best to share as many presentations as we are able to, but due to unpublished/proprietary content and company policy, some speaker presentations may only be available as live presentations.

REGISTRATION

Q: I am currently registered for AI World Government and plan to attend the virtual meeting. What do I need to do?
A: No action is required. Your registration has been automatically transferred to the in-person AI World Government 2021 event and you’ve also been registered for this year’s AI World Government Virtual for no additional fee.
